Loredana teaches innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership at Northeastern University in Boston, and executive education at MIT Sloan, where she works with leaders from major corporations, helping them navigate the challenges of modern business.
This capsule collection brings together our architectural design and a message that has become an anchor for Loredana’s community — a message that reminds us real progress rarely looks spectacular. It looks like a small decision, repeated. Like a workout done on a day you didn’t feel like it. Like a page written on a day when nothing seemed to come together.

We selected four of MONOM’s most loved pieces — jewellery with clean geometric lines — and personalised them with Loredana’s mantra: “Just a little. Just today.”
